The Premier Inn South Bank is on the south bank of the Thames, a it's very nice as the whole riverside is pedestrian with plenty of restaurants and bars around. You're in the medieval heart of London, which is small, but known for very good bars and restaurants. Premier Inn is a hotel chain so you can get a good price if you book in advance via the web. Rooms start at £ 80/night, the normal price is £ 115 without breakfast.
The Hilton London Tower Bridge Hotel is just behind Tower Bridge and within walking distance of many London landmarks, such as the London Eye and Big Ben. All rooms are spacious, the Deluxe Room is 28 square meters, all come with wireless internet, flat screen TV and desk. They are modernly furnished with a neutral decor. The Mercure London Bridge a class hotel located just steps from the Tate in London. It is therefore in a convenient location for visiting the city center. It looks like a nice and elegant hotel, with modern furnishings and design. The atmosphere is rather informal and pleasant and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, especially the beautiful bathrooms. The have a very good breakfast buffet in the morning, varied to suit all tastes, both sweet and savory. Even the room service was fast and functional.
I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel. Accustomed to seedy hotels at luxury prices in central London, we found a modern, comfortable, spacious, clean room (with a large lcd tv, air conditioning / heating) at a price that does not mean you have to pawn a kidney. In addition, the area is great: you are 5 minutes from Monument tube station, just before the great column that commemorates the fire that devastated the City in the seventeenth century. There are plenty of amenities nearby: very nice restaurants (one Japanese), Leaden Hall Market with gift shops and pubs (all closed for Easter), a M & S, Boots for medicine and perfume and Santander bank. Within 10 minutes you are on the river and another 10 you are at London Tower and London Bridge. Down from the hotel to the right is Saint Paul's Cathedral. I recommend it for couples, single travelers and friends in small groups.
The Novotel London City South is located in London, England. This four star hotel was built in 2003 and is close to the main tourist attractions as well as the nearby business centers. It has 182 rooms fully equipped for your comfort and provides a restaurant, bar, gym, sauna and internet access.
The hotel is a beautiful building situated in the financial district. Located near picturesque landscapes that have a selection of cafes and shops nearby, such as Thomas Pink and Jones Bootmakers, this hotel has something for everyone. During the week, the area comes to life with community work groups, while the nightlife is excellent, offering a great variety of good restaurants and bars to try out.
This hostel is located south of the Thames River, close to Borough Tube stop. (This picture conveys the ambiance of the inn perfectly!) The comfort level is not four star but the staff is really friendly. The price is very attractive despite the relatively advantageous position: 15 minutes by metro from the center (zone 1). You meet people from all over the world, which makes the atmosphere really nice! Do not miss it!
This chain of hotels has a lot of establishments throughout the UK. The rooms are clean and spacious and they offer most essential amenities, including a private bathroom; Although it's small it's enough. You can enjoy an authentic British breakfast for £ 7.
