101 Coffee Shop is a classic place to get a true American-style breakfast or brunch in the heart of Hollywood. It's also notable that it serves primarily organic ingredients. We got the traditional American breakfast: scrambled eggs with hash browns, bacon, and either toast or delicious pancakes. The lattes are excellent and I'd suggest ordering a large.
