Heraklion International Airport

Heraklion International Airport is located right on the Aegean Sea and puts you in a holiday mood from the moment you land. There is a large modern building for departures and arrivals and that's where the majority of the major car rental offices are located as well. Just outside, there's a big sun tarp where you can find tour operators and the like. Feels like summer already!
