One of the world's most famous beaches

Anse Source d'Argent is located on the small island of La Digue and is among the most famous beaches in the Seychelles and even the world. I can safely say that it deserves its reputation. It's amazing...it's a huge lagoon with massive granite boulders shining in the sun...I'd never seen anything like it. Like all the beaches in the Seychelles, Source d'Argent is strongly influenced by the tides. When I went at low tide, the water was very low and you could snorkel in the surrounding reefs. By the afternoon, the water had risen considerably and the beach was practically empty. You can rent beach chairs and there are walking vendors who come by and sell fresh fruit. There's also a (pretty expensive) restaurant on the beach that's open for lunch. Note that it costs 100 rupees (around 7 euros) to enter since it's in a protected park. The upside is that I suppose that'll help keep the beach in beautiful shape for everyone to enjoy.

Classic tropical destination

Source d'Argent is on La Digue, the classic tropical destination in the Seychelles and probably the most beautiful island I've ever seen. The beach is known for its famous granite boulders and for being located in a natural park. Though you have to pay a little to enter, the views from inside are more than worth it. Enjoy!

A corner of paradise a natural aquarium

L'Anse Source d'Argent on the island of the dam Seychelles is a paradise. Besides the photographers do not all be wrong because it is one of the most photographed beaches in the world. After paying an entrance fee (the beach is located in a museum), saying hello to the giant tortoises in their enclosures and toured the museum (vanilla plantation, former "mills" nut coco etc.) is finally to Anse Source d'Argent: crystal clear water, large granite boulders with very soft shapes and beautiful palm trees. The Seychelles weather somewhat inviting for swimming, we start the water quickly and there is really top: fish galore and even with very little water, which allows even the smallest benefit from aquatic life. By cons, plan shoes or diving shoes, the bottom is quite rocky. Another tip: go early, opening if possible. Indeed, the site is very famous it is necessarily very busy which can quickly be unpleasant.

The best beach in the world

For just call and it is. You can walk, never too crowded and the scenery is great. Simply, the paradise. The journey from the island of Mahe lasts an hour and a bit with Ferry.

It's amazing, very little depth forcm...

It's amazing, very little depth forcment but unforgettable atmosphere, just like seeing double at rush hour with all its couples from honeymooners ... Otherwise it is simply madness!
