The Anticua Foccaceria de San Francesco is one of the most traditional restaurant in Palermo. It first opened in 1834 and was renovated in 1902. It's been handed down for five generations and still serves typical pasta dishes and its signature dish: foccacia bread sandwiches stuffed with braised spleen.
