This beautiful palace is a National Monument located on the central Plaza del Conde. It was built in the late fifteenth and early sixteenth for the mayor Francisco de Avila and Tiedra, but since then, it has had several different owners, for that reason, it is also known as the Castro Palace and Palace of the Count of Montarco.
