AYH Ranch Hostel

AYH Ranch Hostel is located on Vashon Island in Puget Sound, just 25 miles from Seattle and Tacoma. It is a Western style hostel with conventional hotel rooms as well as rooms in Indian tepees or in covered wagons! The island is very nice and there are lots of hiking and biking trails, beaches, and tons of beautiful scenery. It's a lovely alternative to Seattle, to be honest. The kitchens, showers, and toilets were all clean and tidy, as were the tent sites. It's a really cool place to stay and has the added benefit of being the only place on Vashon Island where you can legally camp out.
