A good bar
If you want to have a good time and listen to a live concert I think the Charles Eduard bar is a good place to go. I don't know what it's like other days, but the day I went, there was an amateur ve played classics (as Elvis suspicius mind ...) and showed energy on the stage. The bar is small, do not think that there were more than 100 people. Service was good.
