2 reviews of Belle Epoque Paddle Steamers

A charming cruise

Lake Geneva, the largest fleet sailing boat "Belle Epoque" paddlewheel is still active. These buildings were all built from 1904 to 1927, by Sulzer Brothers in Winterthur. This helvète fleet was classified "historical monument of national importance" on June 17, 2011. "Switzerland" because of cabotage on the Vaud Riviera, "Montreux" connects Switzerland to Thonon les Bains, and 5 other boats belong to the CGN, including the freshly restored "Vevey". Festive cruises are offered by the Company, a must do!
