Bergen Aquarium

This place is rather far out from the center of Bryggen (20 minute walk), but you can walk to the aquarium. Admission is 200 NOK in the summer (25 euros). All children under 3 are free. The highlight of the Bergen Aquarium is that there are different shows throughout the day, which usually coincide with the feeding of the animals. One of the most important events is the penguin, and the kids love it. Another show highlight is the sea lions. Although it may seem incongruous to the climate of Norway, the third leg on which sits this place sits is a room with tropical fish and animals. Among these are a terrarium with giant spiders, snakes and one species of titi monkeys.
