La Bodeguilla de San Roque

7 reviews of La Bodeguilla de San Roque

Always crowded

This is a perfect place to have rations for supper or to have a glass of good wine. It's always packed, but the waiters are really fast as lightning. The pork tenderloins with cheese, pantumaca, octopus grilled are all delicious. The tables below are a little uncomfortable (tavern style), but the upstairs dining room is cozy.

Octopus and prawns

We arrived by chance ... and ate the best dish of Santiago. The local bar was good either! Very good attention. And very good wine from the Rias Baixas region!

Pulpo y gambas

Perfect place for dinner pecking

The Bodeguilla of San Roque (and San Lázaro, San Roque but is most central) is a sure hit. Very good price / quality ratio, good wine and good sausages. The perfect place for dinner snacking. Exquisite tixolas, the "ledicias cellar," (a cocktail of croquettes, coat prawns, vegetable pie ...) and tables of cheeses and meats. Neither are bad desserts, highlighting the "touch" that give the Tiramisu with chestnuts. Dan dinner late, but you can not book, so it is common to have to wait.

Always perfect

It is one of my favorite spots. Whenever I can, I go with my family or friends to dinner at this great little corner. The prices are very affordable and the quality is good. Has a letter nothing small and lots of variety. I try to test the card but always ask the same: bread with tomato (that awful!), Solombiños Porto and dessert. Recommended 100%!

Siempre perfecto

Recomendado 100%!!

A good place to go for dinner. You always have so many people will not be rare that you have to wait for a table. The food is fine. Inlaid table is good, the tomato bread toasts very good too and delicious grilled meat and good quantity.

To pause

We found it by accident, but we like a lot. This bar is located at the exit of the old town of Santiago, but not so far. The prices are accessible, as the other bars in the area, the octopus with amijoas costs about 15 euros. But as usual in Galcia, if you stop for a drink, they'll of a snack (tapas) to follow, and I think here an exaggeration, because you the chourio, po cheese and some olives. What do you think? We went every night to take a break and have a drink.

This weekend we were at saint-jacques...

This weekend we were at Saint-Jacques de Compostela and we loved this city. We recommend that you take a guide from the tourist office so that the visit will enchant you. Especially not neglect to try the fried octopus with clams in one of the restaurants in the city, such as bodeguilla san roque is simply exquisite.
