Cable-stayed Bridge of the Tâmega

Chaves City is the capital of the Alto Támega region and is bathed by that River. There are several bridges that cross, and this suspension bridge is one of the newest and most modern. It is a cable-stayed bridge, metallic white, set around the most playful of the city, directly opposite the tennis club. It is a pedestrian-only bridge linking the gardens Alameda do Tabolao with the Magdalena recreation area. Another pedestrian bridge in the city is the iconic Trajan Roman bridge.
