Cafe del Mar is one of Arugam bay's most popular places for dinner or to just have a drink. Many surfers who come to spend weeks surfing in Arugam also come to this place to hang out and enjoy the views of the waves. They also rent small cabins and affordable rooms. If you stay long time, you can ask to get a discount. They usually leave in the morning to buy the day's catch to organize a BBQ with fish and sometimes lobsters too. You can book your dinner at noon and when you arrive, everything is ready for you.
