Nostalgia of Fado
This is one of the most ancient and famous establishments in the Portuguese capital to enjoy the typical and nostalgic fado, a type of Portuguese song. Founded in 1927, many of the greats of the genre have passed through here. Unfortunately over the years it has been losing its authenticity and has become a tourist attraction with exorbitant prices. Despite this it is still an interesting experience as the artistic quality of the fado is indisputable and the atmosphere, which is quiet and dark, lends itself to that nostalgia typical of fado. The service of the staff is impeccable and the boss responds to any request you make, he even sings! We did not go for dinner because you can dine in Lisbon and it will be delicious and very cheap almost anywhere.
