Charming
La Plaza Carmen and Severo Ochoa de Albornoz is dedicated to the Nobel Laureate in Physiology or Medicine, Severo Ochoa, who was a native of this pretty seaside town. His remains lie in its emblematic cemetery next to his wife. It's a charming place in the middle of the road from the waterfront to the town hall and the central part is a sculpture by the artist Ruperto Caravia, who carved it in honour of Severo Ochoa.
