Casa Plácido is more than a restaurant, it's a typical Seville tavern located in the Santa Cruz neighbourhood.
It is a joint frequented by many tourists, but that does not seem to take away from its "authentic" flavour.
What is most remarkable is the decoration based on flamenco motifs and old bullfighting posters, truly beautiful.
Add to this an extensive tapas menu. We tried the salad, the oxtail, potato dressing, pork tenderloin sandwiches and gazpacho. All very tasty and at reasonable prices. Although, there is a lack of attention and sympathy from the waiters.
