Truly British tea room
Near the Place Pey Berland, in the Rue des Remparts, Cath Tea Time is a tea room in true British style, offering a variety tea. I think the price / quality ratio is not necessarily very good, but their cakes really remind me of England. I especially recommend the tea room for a snack with friends.
