This palace is the headquarters of the Basque Government Subdelegacion. It was built in 1894 and designed by the Belgian architect Paul Hankar, to be the home of the politician and financier Victor Chavarri y Salazar. The asymmetry of the facade catches the eye. The building is three storeys high, and there's a garden at the back. It's located in the Eixample district, in Plaza Moya (known locally as Plaza Eliptica).
