Chetumal-Puerto Juárez Federal Highway

One of the roads that I have travelled on the most during my various stays in the Riviera Maya has been the Carretera Chetumal-Puerto Juarez since it is the one that leads to many of the best hotels in the Yucatan resort area such as Palladium Complex and Xcaret Occidental Hotel Barceló chain. This road is federal and it hadn't changed much in five years until last summer when I saw that they have improved it as it used to take roughly 2 hours from Cancun International Airport to the resorts and now only one hour instead. It's funny that there are different signs along the road with different instructions
