Chez Ait Baamran has become a landmark in the neighbourhood of Derb Sultan. It's a place with a lot of butchers. You go to buy your meat, then bring it to a restaurant where they will cook and prepare it for you, serving it with bread, tomato and onion (you can order salad instead if you prefer).
