Close to the downtown

Well, okay, so admit that Toronto's Chinatown is not as cool as Montreal, hmm? Quebec chauvinism? Good ... Anyway I really liked this little escapade in the neighborhoods bordering the city center. Hard not to switch to the cliché saying that it's great to be able to find cheap and Tonkinese soups monstrously good markets (H-bomb to be used as cures for tomorrow cooked, I swear!). Besides soup tonk ... No, seriously, it really takes you to taste that, it is absolutely huge. Seriously. Seriously. If you ever decide to snub me, there are still the main street, near College and Spadina, and you can always lead to the Art Gallery of Ontario, which is just two steps away.

Chinatown toronto

Toronto is an amazing city. Close to its buildings, passing only a few blocks, you are now in a completely different environment, completely different from the rest of the city: the Chinatown. The origins of this area date back to the late nineteenth century. It is now one of the largest Chinatowns in North America. It really is everything: fruit and vegetables, clothing, dvd, hairdressers (including a $ 3 cut!), Pharmacies, massage ... A very lively area where everything is of course written in Chinese!

One of the most important chinatowns earth.

No doubt you get into China like you're actually there visiting another country, the contrast is really fantastic. One of the settlements of the largest Chinese community outside its borders. A part of the City of Toronto loved it, The Downtown, Skyline, Its Museums, Your cntower, Its Sports Stadiums, Your Film Festival, its proximity to the Niagara, etc.. A fascinating city.
