Chiang Rai Clock Tower

The Clock Tower in Chiang Rai is just that, a tower, in an intersection of two main streets so it serves as a roundabout. The tower itself is very ornate, all golden, with a clock on top. In the evening, it performs a sound and light show. That is, it has pockets of different colours that change and with a little Thai background music, which last for ten minutes every hour, on the hour from 18:00 to 22:00. No one really pays much attention though, except tourists like me, we spent hours there. I didn't have a video camera, so you'll have to imagine the music.
