Colca Lodge Spa & Hot Springs

The complex is located in the Colca Canyon about 30 minutes from Chivay. Access is a little difficult because it's away from the people of the area but also to enjoy maximum peace and quiet. The rooms are very comfortable but no TV, no mini-bar, and Internet, and the hotel is designed to disconnect, just no internet at the reception. Best of all are the hot springs on the banks of the river. There are 3 pools, at 20, 37 and 40 degrees (the water leaves the fountain at 80!). We were told that it was nice at night, so after dinner we took a swim. Cracking!. The hotel also has a great spa ( spa-Colca-lodge.)
