Congress Square (Kongresni Trg)

Along with Presernov Square, this is a cultural centre. Some of the surrounding buildings are the country's cultural treasures. Among them, is the University of Ljubljana and the glorious Slovenian Philharmonic. In addition, there's the oldest newspaper in Slovenia, dating back to the nineteenth century. On the other side you can see the Kazina palace and the nice little Zvezda park.
