Convent of Santo Domingo. Porticvm Salvtis

The museum Convent of Santo Domingo Porticvm Salvtis can be found in Toledo, Spain. The temple has a resurgent Mannerist style, and was built in 1577, under the watchful eye of Nicolas de Vergara. The convent was later modified by Herrera. This church has a Latin cross plan and it consists of a nave, with a chapel on the side of the epistle. The crucifix is highlighted both inside and out, with a dome on scallops and flashlight. The transepts are covered with barrel vaults.
