Corro Family Palace (Town Hall)

2 reviews of Corro Family Palace (Town Hall)

Built by the family of the Inquisitor

This palace was built by the family of the Inquisitor and ran a hospital for pilgrims in the XVI century. It now houses the municipal offices of San Vicente. The most interesting features of the facade are the 2 family emblazoned shields and the framed balconies and gateway between Ionic columns topped by a pediment. The Renaissance building is on the main street of the historic castle climbing to the Church of Santa Maria de los Angeles, just across from the Tower of the Provost.
