Dal Lake

In North India and very close to the Pakistani border dispute is a region of extraordinary natural and cultural wealth: Kashmir. It is a fertile territory surrounded by stunning mountains, with a pleasant climate. The local population is very friendly and welcoming to foreigners. A shame that they are engaged in political and religious dispute for several decades.
