A place that doesn´t look good but has incredible food
I got to know this place through a colleague,if it weren´t for him I´d have never gone, as you can see in the photos it isn´t known for having restaurants. The place is a bit strange, more focused on glasses than restaurant, but the food is incredible. It's one of those places that you ask what you should order and you try it and it is great. Not as defining as the kitchen, so I upload some dishes to give you the idea, I recommend you visit their website. Black Pudding + Croketas fluid and Humita Pistachios and Patagonia Kikos Tempura Prawns with Salsa Jalapenos and Red Tuna Ceviche Mango Sake and Yuzu (lima japan) more Octopus Jalapeno Sauce Olivo, Low Temperature, Brasa and Shimeji + Powder Olivas Negras Everything I've tried I've loved and for now, what is the best memory I keep of ceviche, I had not ever tasted and is spectacular.
