Absolutely amazing
The Medina of Tunis was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1979. Here, you can find streets filled with hundreds of stalls offering all manner of goods, as well as several buildings of historical and artistic interest. Among them are the Great Mosque, Bey's Palace, located on the remains of an ancient Roman theatre, and the absolutely amazing Dar Hussein Palace.
