Don Pablo's restaurant is another a la carte restaurant that you can enjoy in the all-inclusive facilities of the Gran Bahia Principe Jamaica. This restaurant specializes in gourmet cuisine with a modern touch, since all their dishes are very original and enthusiastically creative, but much to my dismay, we didn't really like any, given the good quality at the Italian restaurant and the great time we had at the Japanese one. Some dishes we sampled included beef carpaccio with Parmesan cheese and extra virgin olive oil (see photo) or loin of lamb and goat cheese taponáles. Desserts were admittedly very delicious and very well made compared to the other restaurants.
