I like bread, what can I say ... And it's still true that in our country there are a variety of good breads. I wanted to do a homage to Uzbek bread ... It is slightly similar to Moroccan bread with a small amount of yeast and if it's not fresh, a little chewy, but if fresh ... It's something else! It's a type of sponge cake, slightly sweet, and also cooked in the clay oven walls, as they do in India with chapatis, or the equivalent in Iran ... This bread is a staple of the Uzbek diet.
