People who visit the region of Alberta often stay in the area near the Rockies, forgetting places like Dinosaur Park (a World Heritage Site), Waterton Lake Park, or this one. This park is very close to Edmonton, and you can see both elk and bison in their natural habitat. It has many walking paths, both long and short. And I can't forget the lake with its recreation area.
