Escua Restaurant

The Escua Restaurant is right next to the road, a few meters from the entrance to the village of Archidona. It's rather crowded, with many people passing through the area, as well as guests from the Hotel which is located right next door which carries the same name. The service seemed to me quite slow .. Although it might be because of the time (after 3pm) and although there were several waiters, it still took over 20 minutes to start serving the food. It has a large oven, barbecue and a big enough dining room. It also has tables in the bar area. I recommend the lamb in sauce, which was very tender and well cooked.
