Esterina is an Italian cafe on Rue Saint Louis in the Island that offers excellent Italian espresso and a wide variety of Berthillon ice cream (the famous ice cream and sorbet maker). It's one of my favorite cafes and if you pause a moment when passing you can check out the quality of the coffee, the only drawback is that it is too busy in summer.
