Folegandros Island

Folegandros is little more than a small rock floating peacefully in the Aegean, but yet, there are treasures waiting to be discovered inside; charming villages, spectacular cliffs, a beautiful sunset and easy crystal clear waters.

We discovered this place almost by chance, and it proved to be one of the most pleasant surprises we had in the Cyclades. There is no direct airport here, so the only access is by boat . Yet, this place is well connected to the nearby islands and the combination with Santorini is pretty good, with several daily boats during the summer.
