La Fonda de San Miguel Arcangel

Hello travelers, I'm writing to tell you about my experience in the restaurant Fonda de San Miguel, which is here in Guadalajara. It's a place that's located in a former convent. It's not only a restaurant, but it's also a popular art gallery. The food was succulent, their Mexican cuisine is a fusion of ingredients that give a different take on the flavors. I'm no food critic, but there's no doubt that this is a very traditional place where you'll eat well. My husband and I were sated with a wonderful tequila shrimp dish, the St. Francis of Assisi brisket. They clarified that his name is one of their specialties.
