Small, and not modern
The Formentor is an apartment complex, between Calle Mayor and Paseo Jaime I. It's starting to show its age. I've stayed in three different apartments in the complex, which has a garden. They are small, scarcely 30m2, with a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, a living room, and a small bedroom, which is separated from the rest by sliding doors. The problem with these apartments is the age: they're not really modern, and the lack of air conditioning can make them feel like an oven. To their credit, they can boast a great location, near the beach, shops, party area and train station.
