Vietnamese specialties

An Asian restaurant situated in Chinatown in Paris. Their specialty are Vietnamese dishes and steamed dishes. It's small with a few tables and slightly weird decor. Specialties include steamed chicken and salt, one whole chicken costs 22 euros and is sufficient for 3 or 4 people. There are guts stuffed with shrimp, fried tripe, squid, duck with salt, soy shrimp fritters ... Many dishes are based on pork and tripe. For example the gut with cabbage. The crab with sweet and sour sauce costs 9 euros and can be stuffed with vegetables. The soups are small, and do not constitute a whole meal. There are seafood, chicken or Peking soups.
