Nightlife in Split

One of the things that really struck me about Split was the atmosphere there in the streets, especially after dark. The center of the city, particularly the harbor area, is filled with people of all ages strolling through the beautifully-lit streets or going to the rooftop bars found throughout the center to listen to music and grab a beer. We decided to have a pizza and got lucky (we chose the restaurant at random), and it proved a fantastic choice. We had some of the best pizza I've ever had in my life (and yes, I've been to Italy!). It's called Planet Pizza, and it's right next to the harbor, so you can eat your pizza on a bench overlooking the sea.
