Volcanic views
One of the must sees of the island of Maui. After climbing about 30 miles along a winding road, you come to the visitors center where you have stunning views across the crater. I was a bit lazy so I did none of the volcano trekking walks (the clouds were approaching and I feared that there would be nothing to see). The National Park entrance costs 10 dollars, but as in all national parks in the United States, if you arrive early or at sundown no one is controlling the entrance.
