In my tapas route through the city of Valladolid, I found Herbe restaurant, located just off the Plaza Mayor and the famous Post Office, an area full of restaurants. This restaurant is famous for its roast meats, especially the lamb. Although what I really liked were the tapas - really well-prepared and varied, with virtually everything you could want. Free tapa with a drink.
Gazpacho ohne Salz und Geschmack, zu warm. Salmorejo gut aber auch nicht gekühlt. Alles werde frisch zubereitet, deswegen etwas längere Wartezeit für den Hauptgang. Nach der Vorspeise (20 Min) kommt der tutige Kellner vorbei und sagt, dass es keine Forelle mehr gäbe. Bringt aber gleichzeitig den Weiss- und Rotwein (je 1 Glas), obgleich wegen der Temperatur ausdrücklich zum Hauptgang bestellt.
Mein Lechado sehr schmackhaft und heiss serviert, mit viel Knochen und wenig Fleisch. Langweiliger Minisalat dazu ohne Vinagret. Der alternativ bestellte Lachs ohne Salz und mit langweiliger Orangensauce.
The restaurant is in Valladolid in Spain. It has excellent canapés and a variety of main dishes. All are great value more than affordable. Staff are specially selected to ensure goo customer service. The most important thing is that is that you want to come back.
