Beautiful German Castle
Burg Hohenzollern is situated on top of a hill not very far from Stuttgart. The castle itself is stunningly beautiful and offers an amazing panoramic view of the area around. Tickets can be purchased in the souvenir shop at the car park, or inside the main building at the castle. Paid guided tours allow visitors to visit the interior of the castle and its rooms and learn about the history of the castle and the family, but most are offered only in German. We spent around half a day at the castle on a beautiful day, and found the experience great! We enjoyed the panoramic view from the castle, as well as the guided tour, where we obtained much background information about the place and the family, and saw some precious items in the exhibitions.
