A fairly quiet neighborhood
Il Convivio is a restaurant in Pimlico, on Ebury Street. It's a beautiful place with lovely decoration. The restaurant is part of the Etruscan, which has several Italian restaurants in London. You can book online and if you sign up for the newsletter they send you a 10 pound voucher. Il Convivio comes from the poetry of Dante, and the idea of sharing good food and good wine between loved ones. The restaurant has a small back patio for outdoor dining, it's in a pretty quiet area, inside is very nice with wooden decor, no heat in winter but I was never convinced this. The midday menu is 2 courses for 14.50 and 17.50 for dinner with a glass of wine.
