A good option
Located half way down the long road between Nakuru and the Masai Mara, this campsite is a good option to split up the trip and stay overnight before entering the Masai Mara (which is about 3 hours). Although its off the beaten track, it has a restaurant and shops in tents and hot water and from there you can see herds of buffalo, wildebeest and zebra. You can hire a guide for a walking safari in the area for about 3 hours, which is a somewhat different experience than having to always be in vehicle.
