Cheap Option
It's a cheap option to stay over in Moscow if don't count the youth hostels. The Izmailovo hotel complex is genuinely communist. Several giant concrete blocks that come together to include about 2,000 rooms. There are a variety of prices and rooms but it's cheaper than in Moscow. The problem it's that far from the center but easily accessed by metro.
