Jardim Dos Oficiais

The Jardim dos Oficiais (Garden of the officers) is inside the Citadel, at the back of the castle. It's a small, square garden with shady trees, under which there are stone benches overlooking the walled enclosure surrounding the Castle and the Tower of the Princess. The most outstanding feature is the XIII century pillory (or Pelourinho), that's an Historic Monument.
