This area is worth it to stroll around and photograph Saint Louis with the Kiener Plaza, the Morton D. May Amphitheatre, and especially the City Garden with sound panels on the ground, lighting, water, and sculptures and references to classic tales. It's a luxurious site. It also has a TGI Fridays for a little snack before you start strolling or Hooters for a beer and good views.
