Kodiak Island Brewery

One of the best kept secrets Kodiak Island is a brewery where the beers are amazing and very original. More than 20 types of beer are made here, with flavours like Liquid Sunshine, Belgian Witbier and Apple-Cider Ale. It's a small place in the port city of Kodiak, but if you go they'll let you try all the beers. The owner is called Ben Millstein and is always there, making the beers. The best way to buy is asking for a "growler", a half gallon (1.8 liters) which you can then bring back and they'll fill it again. There's also a shop where you can buy shirts, hats, posters and glasses with the brewery logo on.
