A great restaurant
La Columna is a small restaurant, and one of its main attractions is its indoor covered patio, which in summer is located outdoors. It offers traditional cuisine, which includes omelettes with garlic, beans from Chinchón, the 'asadillo' (a pepper dish), or the potatoes 'revolconas.' The menu does not lack roasts: Suckling pig, goat and lamb, and homemade desserts like Grandma's fried milk Osoria, torrijas, and the house sampler.
