From pisco to pisco
The Peruvian restaurants are very trendy in Madrid and those mixing the food of this southern American country with Asian gastronomy get the first prize.
La Gorda opens again in Madrid, in the La Latina neighborhood. It's a nice and large place, decorated with taste where to enjoy simple but well elaborated dishes and powerful cocktails. The ceviche (typical Peruvian fish dish), chili chicken, or the corn cob cake do not taste the same if you do not have it with the excellent Pisco Sour.
The place is noisy but nice, the menu is quite extensive but not huge and the wine list is correct with reasonable prices.
